I understand the stress and confusion that can come along with the decision to breastfeed, pump, or formula feed and I offer a variety of services to help. As an IBCLC, I provide one-on-one support, to educate and minimize confusion, as you create a plan that works best for your family.

My name is Helen and I'm originally from Bristol, England, but have lived in Savannah for over 25 years.
With over 11 years of experience in helping new parents with feeding their babies, I'm here to provide guidance on your feeding journey, keeping your goals and well-being at the forefront.
